Arrival and Departure Transfers

On July 10th, 2010, transfers from Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica to your hotel will be arranged according to your flight schedule. On July 19th, 2010, transportation from your hotel to the International Airport will be arranged according to your international flight schedule. For the transfer on your departure date, please note that our company will schedule your transfer in order to be at the airport at least 3 hours prior your flight departure time.  These transfers are only available on July 10th and 19th, 2010.

The procedure at the Juan Santamaria International Airport is similar to any other airport worldwide.   Just after your arrival, follow the signs to the Migration office in Costa Rica.   Afterwards, you will find the baggage claim area, and the customs area.   Just after customs, at the exit of the International terminal, our tour guide will be waiting for you with a sign of the tour.   Please note that you may be not the only client arriving at the time and that may have to wait a couple of minutes for the entire group.
