The new JW Marriott Guanacaste Resort & Spa presents a wide variety of Restaurants & Lounges: Dining at the Azul Grill will allow guests to relax in our terrace lounge area, or enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in our restaurant. The blue sea has inspired not just our name but also our menu, featuring seven kinds of delicious ceviches, grilled Mahi Mahi, and lobster salad.
